今朝の体重は、102.6キロ。おお、かなりいい感じで運動で減ってる。昨夜の晩飯、ビッグボーイのサラダバーにしたのが正解か。
三連休、明日と明後日は仕事だから、暴飲暴食せずに、運動して１０１キロ台を目指そう。
やる気になってきた。
