夕べはしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題に行きました。結果、体重が105.2キロに。
天気はいいんだけど、少しブルー。 朝、やたら早く目が覚めたので、歩きました。三十分ぐらい。明日、明後日は休みだし、今日も歩いて絞りましょうか。
本日の目標は、20000歩です。
